Alphanumeric Qr Passcodes Gaining Extra Characters During Import

Hello everyone,

I am trying to import a list of alphanumeric passcodes from an Excel sheet into Sytist to generate QR codes. My passcodes are 9 characters long (e.g., SK25J9F6C), but after import, they seem to have two extra random characters appended to them.

I believe the issue might be related to how the CSV file is being structured during export from Excel, but I am unsure how to fix it.

Has anyone else encountered this problem? Could someone please advise on how to ensure my passcodes import correctly without any modification?

Thank you for your help.

It does that when the passcode is already in the system to avoid duplicates. So you must be importing passcodes that already exist.

You either need to import unique passcodes or delete the existing photos with the existing passcodes.
