Digital Images - Email After Order Placed

Apparently when someone orders a digital image, they automatically receive an email with the images...but they are small versions since I don't upload full size images to the galleries. When I process the orders, I go into their order, replace the photo and then click the button to send an email with a link to download the images. I can not find the email that sends the person their images right when they purchase...where is that email? Thanks for any help! 

They don't receive an email with the images attached. They receive an email with what they ordered and the thumbnail of the image, but not the image download. They can only download their images from their order on the website.

That's what I thought but I've had two people tell me recently that they received an email to download their images. I guess they just assumed what's in the email is their download.

If you go to Settings -> Default Emails & Text Messages -> Orders & Invoices -> Order Email, scroll down and there is a "Download description". You can adjust that text, but by default it says "To download your item(s), view the order on the website with the link above and click the download link next to the item(s)."

OK, that's the one I had already edited telling customers that I would send out an email with a link for them to download their images...but I guess they aren't reading that email. Thank you Tim!
