Error Expanding Zip

I'm moving from one hosting provider to another. I've compressed the files and folders, exported the database. When trying to expand my zip, whether on the server or on my local computer, I'm getting an error. On my computer, I'm getting Error 94 Bad Message. On my server, I'm getting the following error. Has anyone else ran into this? Know of a fix? Thanks!
