Pay Now Button But Can't Pay

I have a customer trying to place their order but payment options are not showing up. Just says Pay Now and when she clicks that nothing happens. Screenshot attached.

It looks like it may have been some sort of Square issue causing the form to not load. I just checked twice and it loaded for me. Have the customer try again.
If they continue to have issues, perhaps they are at work and their work ISP blocks certain things, like Square.
