Pre-registers Review Screen Background Showing

Hi Tim.

Another bug I think.

Seems to be an error at the pre-register review screen where the background shows through; it does not show at the actual pre-register form page or at the checkout screen.

Also, is it possible to have a multi-line text field for pre-registration forms, rather then the single line option as current?
