Preview Photo For Galleries

is there anyway to turn off the preview photo for galleries in a section? it will default to the first photo that's uploaded and I would rather not even have a preview photo on. please let me know.

or - perhaps if I may add to this .. a permanent affixed preview photo ( perhaps your logo ? ) for uniformity? Not sure how easy that is to achieve but that would be great I think! :)

You can change it so it only displays the gallery title.
Edit the section your galleries are in and go to Layouts -> Page Listing Layout and change it to Titles Only. See attached.
