Slow Sytist Speed Website Ok

All of a sudden, just after upgrade.  , Sytist became slow.  While in admin and especially while uploading photos.   WHen you log in the first time it seems ok, but the more you click on admin and/or in a gallery it becomes slow and lags.  Yes I checked my website with the host. Everthing else is ok.  Uploaded photos are not the big and I deleted old galleries.  WHen it uploads photos it takes forever and some photos have an error 403 message.  ANy suggestions?

I just pulled up your website homepage, which isn't Sytist (looks to be wordpress), and it took almost 20 seconds to load. 

So it isn't Sytist, the issue is with your hosting.
