Tim, All students have qr codes - I composited the group photos so did not create a QR code for them.  Will you please tell me how I can post the group photo to where all the students can see them without them having to go into a different gallery?

Thank you

You have 2 options.

  • 1) Upload the group photo(s) to the gallery
  • 2) Click on the thumbnail of that photo and enter a unique passcode in the passcode field and click save changes. Close that window.
  • 3) Click on the QR Passcodes tab.
  • 4) Click Import or Add -> Add Single Entry.
  • 5) Enter that same passcode here. Next enter the value for the field you want to make the group on. Example, if it is a grade, enter that grade value in the grade section. Save that entry.
  • 6) Go back to QR passcodes section and click the Create Group Codes under the header for that group field.

You could generate some QR codes without subject data. Screenshot each one for each group photo and rename them so they upload in order by QR Code -> Photo (QR code uploads before the photo it will apply to).
The go to step 6 above.
