Confirmation When Using Offline Payment

Is there a way to have auto confirmation on a booking page when I use offline payment service? I'd like to add offline payment options to the confirmation letter after they book. But currently when using the offline payment option I have to manually confirm all bookings to send them the confirmation letter.

There is not a way to have a auto confirm with an offline payment.

Please consider having a toggle on/off for this to happen for future updates. It would help when payment is not required but we want to confirm to the customer an order was placed along with payment instructions in the confirmation letter.
