Is There A Way To Put Registration Above Preordering With The Pre-order Update?

Hello!
I am trying to utilize the new Pre-order/registration page for my schools. Can I slide the registration above the pre-ordering menu? When I use designer, it just put the graphics/text above the pre-ordering menu, and I can link to an outside source for registration, but I'd like to use the registration that is available now so it is all in one place.
If so, please tell me how to do it!! :)

You should use the new Pre-register & Pre-order.
The pre-registration is on the first screen and pre-order on the second screen.
