Customer Credit Not Correctly Added To The Account

Hi guys,

I have run into an issue regarding credit that is not available for the customer despite having been added to the account.

We usually add credit to the customer account when they buy via a different website or cash at our booth. Generally that works fine but recently we noticed that we add the credit and for some reason the credit is not available as credit for the customer. This usually happens when the customer had gotten credits in the past/regularly. It seems the past credit gets kind of in the way of the new credit. We only noticed as several customers mentioned that the credit isn't available.

When we remove the previous credits manually the new credit gets added correctly.

I will attach some screenshots showing the problem.

It would be great if someone could have a look at that.

Best regards,

Andre

The problem is with expired credits. They cause them not to calculate correctly.

You should edit and remove any expiration dates to fix it.

I have not been able to come up with a solution to fix the expired credits other than remove the credit feature completely.

Hi Tim,

thanks for the quick reply.

I see. For me it is not a problem as long as I am aware that it is caused by the expiration date. I will just use the feature and remove the expiration date from the credits. That will work fine for me.

Best regards,

Andre
