Apple Pay Not Working In Check Out

I followed the steps and set this up via PayPal but it doesn't seem to be working. Clients said they tried to use it but it doesn't go past the checkout screen. I tried, clicked Apple Pay, it brings up my Apple Pay account and spins for a second and then just stops and doesn't go through.

Does it pop up for a second and just go away?
Or does the window stay open and you select your payment and stops there?
Is a payment actually made? (anything going into your PayPal account).
