The Seach Option On Pre-registration Page Isn't Working

When trying to search for a record on Pre-Registration page, the screen flashes, but the results are not filtered. Additionally, if you choose a different sorting (i.e. descending on first name) and hit "Search", it resets to the default sorting option.
