Pre-paid Items With "required Photo Selection" Stopping Checkout Process
I offer pre-paid sports packages where clients can order a pre-paid package, then come back later to fill in the spots once images are available. I ran into a problem today where a client seemed to be unable to make a new order after purchasing a pre-paid package. In other words, Sytist wants them to fill their pre-paid before it will let them checkout to pay for the new order. Is there any way around this? I tried turning off "photo selection required" on the package, but they also bought a pre-paid a la carte digital -- and there doesn't seem to be an option to turn off "photo selection required" for the digital. This is stopping them from being able to buy anything new until I can get the images they need for their pre-paids online. At least, that's what I think is happening.
If the customer is trying to purchase another pre-order it should let them check out. I added a few version ago for it to do that.
But if they are trying to order something other than a pre-order, it will stop the checkout process. In this case you would need to delete the pre-order from their cart in the admin and create a print credit for them to use for the pre-ordered products.
