Second Admin Account Not Accessible
Hello. I have added (and now deleted) an additional admin account with limited access. When I try to test the login I get a 'username or password incorrect' message. I tried using the 'forgot password' to reset the password with no luck. Any suggestions? Maybe something I haven't turned on for the site? Thanks.
The only thing it could be is an incorrect username or password.
Recreate it and make sure the username is correct. It won't be the email address.

Yes it must have been the password. I deleted the account, then created it again with a much different password and it worked. just fine. Thanks!
