Understanding Total Sales Lists
The new ability to see all purchases from the stats page is great. It does however show a few odd things.
here is a copy the the stats from one of our schools.
#1 collections total sold 111 but if you add the quantities in front of each package they do not add up to 111. Why, what items does the 111 represent different from the collections.
#2 products sold...the first number has no product description with it and it does not equal the total of what shows in the rest of the list.
#3 is there any way to find out what the number in products represents or what to look for in my various products that might need to be "clicked" on in order to see it listed separately.
My various collections and products have grown like a mould in the fridge over the years as things have been added, replaced or otherwise modified. I have probably triple what I need with lots of similar choices in the system.
I am working on removing these extras but I would like to understand what these "invisable" items are that are being counted.
Thanks
Collections are a group of products.
The 111 is the number of photos / products sold, not collections sold.
The "Products sold" number totals 111. Those are the products in those collections.
The product without a name is from a collection(s) set to "selections only", so it is not a product like 8x10, etc...
