is it possible to make a page(s) without having the header the business name and menus on the top?

You can either enable Gallery Exclusive Mode, which looks like this.
Or click the Embed Video or Code option for the page and add this code:

#headerAndMenu, #shopmenucontainer { display: none; }
</style>
