I noticed that my emails are not sending, and I have 18 of them "waiting" to send from July 20, but nothing waiting from 21, 22, or 23.
Do I need to delete these pending emails and hope that it starts back up?

Your cron job on the server may have stopped working.
Delete the pending emails and see if they start working again. If not, then your cron job on the server stopped working and you will need to check with your host about that.

I delted everything on Friday and it seems to be working correctly now.
