How To Assign Different Price Lists To Main And Sub Galleries?

I've been trying to figure this out for a couple of year now and end up just giving up and figuring out a work around but now with a new approach to pricing, I really have to get this to work. 

I have to have a different price list applied to the top tier of a gallery than the sub galleries in that top tier. I have figured out how to do that or how I think that should be done but in the client gallery, I only get a price list applied to the sub galleries even though I have a price list applied to the top tier. 

The first two image are what I see on my end and the next three what the client sees on their end. Prices only appear on the client end in the sub galleries.

I need seperate buy alls on the top folder and the secondary folders. The buy alls only appear when you are at the thumbnail level of viewing

I've attached screen shots of both the back and front end of this. Can anyone help me please and let me know what I'm missing

Buy Alls won't include sub galleries so there is not an option to purchase a buy all of the top level gallery that includes the sub  galleries. This is why the buy all only shows with the sub galleries that have the photos.
