Additional Order Options Question

Question regarding the additional order options under the price list. 

For the dropdown menu option, it has the option for a line item and says "with the option to add an additional price and default value".  Instead of using the image options for a retouching fee, I would like to add a one time fee for retouching for all photos instead of per photo, but I can't figure out how to add a price to these options or if I'm misunderstanding what is written. 

I have looked and can't find the answer in manual or support forum.

There isn't an option to charge an additional price for the additional order fields. That text is mistakenly showing as it applies to other dropdown menus. 

You would need to create a product like you create your prints and downloads and add that to the price list for them to add to cart to retouch all photos.
