Any changes I do on the new update is not taking.  I will change stuff and it stays and does not update.

I spoke to the Host Provider and they see no errors on their end.  whitelisted the site and turned off mod security and it still is not updating.

I cannot do anything!

So to show another is if I add anything, in this video I tried to add a simple Link to the homepage, nothing happens.  I spent hours fixing the homepage only to find out it failed to save.  This is really frustrating.

I tried every php from 7.1 up to 8.2 and none made a difference.  I can attach the phpinfo if needed.

PLEASE HELP!

Checking the database, the added Home Menu Item was correctly inputted into the database.  Why is the admin panel not showing the entries?

You or your host probably has a cache running which will cause these types of problems.

Replied to your emails with information I need.

You or your host has added some sort of cache service which is caching the pages which is not good. Something like cloudflare, varnish, etc....

If you didn't add it you need to get with your host and have it removed. It makes it where you can't see changes (like closing / opening the store), people will see other shopping carts, etc....

This is your issue.

That was it!  thanks.

For anyone who is working using InMotion and have this issue, or any other host that uses the cache manager.  Here are the steps:

Go to your cPanel and go to the Cache Manager

Then select your Website with sytist

Dropdown to "No Cache"

Select no for BasicOptions

and Save

Thanks Tim.
