Failed 403 Error

I am having random images display Failed 403 error. They won't upload on certain computers. The issue has been on both my 2020 M1 13 inch mac pro and my 2021 M1 16 inch mac pro. It just started happening the 3rd week of June. I updated sytist and it is still having the same issue with random jpeg images. I am following all of the same steps and using all of the same equipment and server company I always have and have never had this issue.

I contacted my hosting company and they said the followed the Mod Security directions listed here: https://www.picturespro.com/support-forum/sytist/5...

It did not solve the issue. If I reformat the images as a png, they upload. If I upload them from my 2023 M2 MAX computer, they also work?
