Automated Sms Messages
The text messages will only be sent if the customer has an account, phone in their account and has checked the option to receive text messages. If there is no answer for receiving text messages or checked no, it won't send.
It also won't send of you have SMS in test mode.

Tim, I think all of those requirements are met. SMS messages show up in the "Sent" log when I manually send one of the automated email. But, I don't see them get listed in the log when the automated email is sent out from the cron job.
