Problem With Diacritical Character Encoding

Hi,
I'm just starting with setup. My problem is that every text which contains polish national chars (i.e. ą ś ź ż ć ó) is wrongly saved with these chars converted to "?"

Thanks, it worked. I guess there was an issue with UTF-8 encoding (database table setup?). I hope every other locale settings will work now.
