Empty Order
I have 2 orders (#10269 and #10270) from the same customer. 1st order appears to be fine, the 2nd order doesn't have any products on it, but the customer was still charged (I've confirmed in my Square acct.).
Before, I follow-up with the customer, I'd like help understanding what might have happened.

It looks like there was possibly some sort of error, perhaps a network error, when the payment was processed that caused it not to go to the success screen. Then she tried again and it submitted the order the second time but without products because it was already created.
I would double check she wasn't charged twice, but I don't believe she was.
I've created an error reporting for that so if it happens again, let me know so I can check the log.

I've been able to connect with the customer and as my Square account reflects she was charged twice. She confirmed she only received 1 order confirmation though, but confirmed 2 charges to her account.
She did recall there seemed to be a connection or network glitch when she submitted the order.
I'll see if I can refund her through my Square account.
This is the first this has happened for an order for me, but I'll reach back out if I notice a repeat.
