Registration Pre-order Export: No Data Exporting
We aren't seeing any data for the .csv export out of the Registration Tab of our Registration/PreOrder.
We do see the orders when we do a general export out of orders, but it does not separate the orders for each separate subject.
Also, more specific to how we use collection options, when an add on is included in the purchase, the export does not show the option choice. I have examples but I'll have to email it due to containing some customer data.
I have fixed the pre-registrations not exporting.
For the collection options, I am still looking into that. I can't replicate it happening so I am not sure why they are not exporting for you.
But a suggestion. I see all of your collections just include 1 quantity of 1 product. So instead of making them collections, just add the product from the product base instead without using collections. It would have a better flow.
And if you have collections that include more than 1 product, make those collections. Collections are designed to include more than 1 product.

the registration export is fixed.
However, the Product Export is still not exporting properly. On the ones where I ordered for 3 subjects on one pre-registration, you fixed how all 3 orders showed on one line, and we needed them separated onto 3 lines. However, it still doesn't tell me for which pre-registered child each product was ordered.
For the issue with Collection Options, it's also still not exporting properly, and whatever you did to the Products field, I need it undone. I need it to show the reference name, like (1)FRW(1)Z. That was perfect before, and now its showing as,
(1) 1-5x7, Set of 5 Wallets. Includes Retouching & Bonus 9 Wallets(1) 1 - 5x7 TEAM Print |
What I DO need is, when someone orders a Collection, there's a Collection Option called 'Downgrades'. It is a required field any time someone orders a Collection. It works great, as long as the ONLY thing they ordered was a Collection. If they also ordered something from the product base, the Collection Option field is blank on the report and I have to manually look it up on their individual order.
In the above example, this is Order #19024. It's one where the Collection Option does not show because FRW, or (1)5x7, Set of 5 Wallets. Includes Retouching & Bonus 9 Wallets, is a Collection, and they chose the downgrade 'My Package Looks Great'. However, they also chose Z, or 1-5x7 TEAM Print. Because of this, the Collection Options field is blank.
On this particular order it works out because they wanted the whole Collection. However, on Order #19000, they chose the Collection Option: I do not want the Bonus Wallets (Still Includes Retouching) -$10.00. They also ordered another product, and so the Collection Option field is blank, and I have to pull up their individual order to find what Collection Option they chose.
This is fine for a few random orders, but many of the exports I run have hundreds of orders, and I might have to manually look up 50 orders to overcome this issue.
In Settings -> Product/Order Export Settings, you don't have any of the Pre-reg data fields checked. Those will display the subjects names, the names the products were purchased for.
I had enabled exporting the product names. I have now disabled that and just enabled product SKUs.

Hi, thanks for adding those fields! That solved part of the problem right there.
The continuing issue regards mapping of the fields on the Product Export. Note that on the screenshot of the export, the entirety of the order is listed for all 3 of the Pre-registration subjects (1)FRW(1)ARW(1)BRW(1)O(1)N.
In addition, only Matthew's Collection Option shows.
On the picture of the actual order, Elijah ordered (1)ARW(O) but his Collection Option: (Downgrades: My Package Looks Great) isn't reflected on the export, nor do I know that it's him that these 2 products should go to.
Amelia's Collection Option: (Downgrades: I do not want the Bonus Wallets (Still Includes Retouching)) also is not reflected in the Product Export, nor do we know that the products: (1)FRW(1)N should belong to her.
It should look like this:
First Name | Last Name | Packages | Collection Options |
Elijah | Goodwin | (1)ARW(1)O | Background Choice: F1| Downgrades: My package looks great! |
Amelia | Goodwin | (1)FRW(1)N | Background Choice: F1| Downgrades: I do not want the Bonus Wallets (Still Includes Retouching) |
Matthew | Goodwin | (1)BRW | Background Choice: F1| Downgrades: My package looks great! |
