Q For Those That Do The "one Shot" School Photos...

Hello!

I have been with Sytist since 2019 and use it for events - lots of images, lots of folders, you register, I send you a code, you use it to find your kid, you view, you order.  Post Pay.  Tick.

Recently I have won a large school where they are supplying me with information upfront ( Student name, ID etc ) and it will be Prepaid and one shot packages.  All good.

What I am wondering though, is can I use the codes/names to set up individual ( empty ) folders before the shoot, and when parents register, they can type in the start of their child's name and the system will shortlist names until you type enough that you can find your own child's name and register them.

Parent: T A M

Sytist:  Tammy Smith, Tammy Brown, Tamson Jones, Tamrika ...

Parent: ( still typing )  T A M M Y

Sytist: Tammy Smith, Tammy Brown

Parent: Selects Tammy Brown.

Tammy's info is now prefilled ( Tammy Brown, 2C, Mr Chadwick, Teacher ) and all they do is select a pack.


Is this a thing?  I appreciate the help in advance ( or any other tips for this style of photography  :) )
