Doifefrent Downloads

Hi All,

looking to offer 2 types of immediate download, low res and hi-res, but cant find anywhere that explains how this can be achieved. Do you have to upload both types of file as separate products, or can Sytist do something clever with teh uploaded file?

With the download products, you set what size for the download. Either set a max pixel value or 0 to download the original.

It does it automatically and creates the download from the original file you upload, making smaller if necessary. 

You can offer different downloads at different sizes without having to upload different files. 

Thanks Tim. Understood. I have had issues uploading image files so looking at FTP. I have downloaded and added FTP and need to configure. Where does the FTP user & Password come from?
