Pay Pal Continues In A Continuous Loop When Trying To Pay

trying to set up pay pal , It first said in test would and will not let me accept payment home the pay pal log in continues to loop. put in all my creditials it starts back over with the pay paly log in. if i go straight to pay pal i can log in. thanks

I just took a look and it looks like it is working correctly. I can get to PayPal to the point of paying.
If you trying to use your own PayPal account to pay, it won't let you pay yourself.
