Updating Preview Photo

Is anyone else having issues with uploading preview photos. I have tried uploading it 3 times on one browser and twice on another and it just isn't changing from my 'coming soon' image. I inform event clients  all photos are uploaded to their galleries when I update the cover photo. I have also tried using one from the gallery itself but still isn't working and I cannot delete the current one either. Many thanks.

I can't replicate any issues. The problem may be with the photo itself. How big is it?

Can you email it to me as an attachment?

Hi Tim, 

I don't think it can be the photo itself as I have tried using several different images and even uploaded it into Canva and exported it and it still didn't work. I have resized it, changed the format, changed the browser. It is very odd that it doesn't seem to be working.

I can't replicate any issues with this. Please email me the photo you are trying to upload as an attachement and let me know which gallery you are trying to upload to.

Hi Tim, 

It is definitely something with the gallery. I have just tried multiple different images, different sizes and different formats, and it now isn't even showing the thumbnail. I also keep trying to click delete for the cover photo, and nothing happens.

Just tried again and it seems to have worked (although this time I uploaded a png rather than jpg, not sure if that made a difference?) I have popped you an email as I just want to make sure I wasn't doing anything wrong. Thank you for sorting :)
