Sorry, Zip File Not Found And Request Timeout

Hi Tim,

My drive with all my photos stopped working today and I lost one long days worth of work, but I had loaded all those jpgs to Sytist. I am now trying to download them back to my computer as I also need them there.
I have tried downloading by selecting a sub gallery (it has around 300 photos in it) and "Download All Photos". It takes about 20 minutes and says it has created a zip file but when I click to download it I get a message 'Sorry, zip file not found'. I have also tried selecting 100 photos and clicking 'download selected photos'. When I do that I get a 'Request Timeout' message.

Is there a way that I can download the photos please.
