Amount In Cart Doesn't Match Price In Pricelist

For prints, I have an option for adding a download of the file for an extra $10. However, it appears as though that option is getting added to the product total twice, not once. 

The attached screenshots show the base product setup, the download option setup, and the product when it's added to the cart, both with and without the option selected. The prices should be $55 and $65. It was working correctly on April 14, which is the final screenshot. 

I've had my pricelists configured this way for several years and I haven't changed it. Thanks for any help you can provide!

A new update was released today, 5.3.4, that fixes that.
