No Files To Download

I went and uploaded 19 files for a customer.

All the files appear to be there and both he and I can see them.

I can view them both inside working sytist and on the webpage.

As soon as you click on the download tab it tells you no photos.

I then set up another "client" and the same is happening to her.

You can see this in the attached screenshots

This is a standard setup we have used since we got sytist.

I duplicate an existing client one, change name and password and upload photos.

Most likely you have "Discard original photo files" checked when uploading photos. With this selected you will not be able to offer free downloads or instant paid downloads.
