Uploads Stuck On "draft" By Default

Since the last update, all my uploads default to "draft" rather than "publish"
I tried changing the default settings under section settings, but each time I click the tab "Add a new gallery" it defaults back to "draft" even though I change it and tell it I want these new default settings.

This was resolved in the 5.3.3 update released yesterday.
