Problem With Page Data Viewable In The Admin But 404s When Attempting To View.

I have a page that presents the data correctly in the admin view, allows changes to be made to 'Category' and 'Page URL' in that view but then when attempting to 'view' or visit the page, it is going directly to 404.
I think that at one point in the last 12 months this is a page that had the same URL as another, but I resolved it by changing the URL to a different location and the collision ceased.
I have attempted both a Category change and a URL change but the page still 404s.

The folder and file for the page is missing. You will need to just create a new page.
