Privacy Policy On Webpage

We have been contacted by the local school board about our "privacy policy"

We have one in the sense that we take care of the photos and data collected through sytist and paypal. But there is nothing in writing.

Does anyone have a basic policy they would be willing to share that we could adapt to our company. That would get us started on the right foot.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
