Unable To Create "buy All" For Download Product

I'm trying to create a buy all for a download but the download product I want (basic download) doesn't appear in the "select product" when creating the new buy all, even though, when I check the base product, the parameters appear identical to another base product download "convenience download" that I was able to create a buy all for. 

Sorry, my screenshot for showing the download missing in the "select product" i had to do with my phone because the window would colapse when I tried to make a screenshot. 

 

It is because you have it marked as a free download, and free download won't appear there to be added.

Either remove the free download setting or create a new product that isn't a free download.
