Hi Tim,
Where can I edit the top menu FTP button (attached)? I have had a good search around the documentation and can't find a reference.

I had removed the setting for that since I don't know of an FTP program that will open with FTP links now and didn't think anyone was using it. I'll add it back for the next update out next week and the setting will be in Settings -> Basic Settings.
