Help - Images Not Showing After Upload

Suddenly I am getting no images showing after upload. The image number shows up, so if there are 12 images in the gallery there are 12 images listed with the picture icon. The screenshot shows the first time it happened during a sub gallery load. Now happens with all uploads including existing galleries when trying to update an image.
