Copy Original Files To Folder

Hi Tim,

I hope you are well

For the first time I tried the "Copy original files to folder" option on a digital order but when I clicked the open folder button it returned the 404 error attached.  I presume it is a permissions issue on the server side, but if you could point me in the right direction it would be appreciated.

Just use the Download Photos tab instead. It will download those in a zip file.

Otherwise make sure there is a order-photos folder inside the  sy-photos folder.

Thanks, I thought it was a route to replace the originals with as in my case higher resolution files.
