Pre-order Template

I'm photographing a little league over the course of a week. I set up a gallery named Baseball with sub-galleries of each team. I turned on pre-ordering. I'm pretty sure I cannot turn off preordering in subgalleries as I upload to the galleries. I was wondering if I could at least move all the albums to be above the pre-order form? I was looking in the page design area but I can't drag the galleries to show above the form - I can make the main galleries show, but once you click on it you start over and have to scroll to the bottom as it doesn't populate the photos in the gallery, just the cover photos again. Only thing I can figure out is hope that they read and write the message to say if your team has been photographed already scroll to the bottom of the page.

Under Text and Settings and then Pre Order (which is under Pricelist) you can "Enable Pre ordering" (or not).

I don't believe you can control text and settings for each individual sub-gallery - the setting on the main gallery dictates the sub galleries. I will obviously turn off pre-ordering once I've photographed all the teams - I wanted them to be able to order as I photographed and upload over the course of the next 4 days.

Ah sorry, I see what you are saying now.  I don't think you can, but I understand the reason you would want to. For what it's worth, from my experience, I found pre orders extra admin to then marry up to the files and I prefer the orders post shoot from previews. Could you set up a pre-register instead? Then fire out an email when they are ready ...

That is what I usually do. This particular league, I was testing it out I guess to see what kind of response I got from pre-ordering and giving the option to pay cash/check at the time pictures are taken. I already communicated to them that pre-ordering online and bringing their money to pictures was an option.

You can't have pre-ordering on and have galleries show.

You would need to use separate galleries if you need pre-order to still be available.

Thanks, that's what I figured but wanted to make sure there wasn't a way around it.
