Tax Charged Twice On Pay Offline After Update

I just updated from perhaps 4.7 to 5.2.

I am in Canada and have setup the VAT for 12%.

When someone checks out though Square, the prices are correct - list price, plus 12% VAT and no Tax.  If they choose pay offline (by etransfer), they are charged tax twice 12% Tax and 12%VAT.  

How can I correct this?

I don't know how that would even be possible since the totals are the same no matter which payment option.

You have a 12% Tax rate for all pickup orders.

The one that only charged VAT selected a shipping option.

The one that charged VAT and tax selected a pick up option, so it was charged tax. Not related to the pay offline option. 

BTW, you can set Canada as the default country in Settings -> Country & States.

I have a similar problem Tim

I am from Quebec, Canada and when the option for a pick up or no shipping address needed is checked, the tax is charged fully for TVQ @ 14.975 instead of 9.975. 

Tax should be :  TVQ 9.975% and TPS 5%

Sending you an email with an invoice for example.
