Multiple Players For One Email And Multiple Emails For One Player
Hi all
I am running some tests using uploading passcodes (the old way) with image files and email addresses. I have the template download and basic testing is going well. I am just wondering how to manage multiple students/players with the same email address (ie siblings). I tested adding the same email to 2 different photos, however only one email was delivered. Do we have to combine all siblings with the same email into a sub gallery somehow for this to work?
Also, can you add a second email column? ie often we receive students/players with multiple caregivers. Or would we have to duplicate the photo and add the second email address for this to work?
I haven't found another thread regarding this, but expect that others using this platform may also require the same function, and have an answer.
Thanks for your help.
Brooke.

Hi Trailboy
Thank you for that. It kind of does, although I was importing images, csv and emails without QR codes as I already have the images selected and matched. So I guess I would need a duplicated image for all the 2nd email addresses. We generally receive two emails per player/student so it's probably not going to be an option for us unless we can import two columns of emails per image.
Have you successfully sent two different images (eg sibling individuals) to the same email address? That was the other test I did, where only one image/passcode/email was delivered.
Thank you.
Update - when I imported my own passcodes and re tested, multiple passcodes were sent to one email which is brilliant.
Is there an easy way to apply TWO emails to one image? We normally receive 2 caregiver emails for each player/student.
I tried adding a ; between two emails in the email column in the csv but it did not work.
Tim-is the only current way to duplicate the images? (requiring double storage)
Thank you.
There is not currently a way to have 2 email addresses for one passcode. I'll make a note of it though.
