Hello, I have set my shipping cost to be a flat rate of 9.99 for print products that I am selling between the range of $1-$1000. However, when I make a "mock" cart and go to checkout, the shipping cost is $17.98 on a $20 print.
Could someone please pinpoint what is happening and how I can fix this? I just want one flat shipping rate per print order.

Looks to me that you have added an additional shipping cost to the product you are trying to purchase. Edit that product and remove the additional shipping cost.
