Coupons

Correct me if im wrong, ive looked everywhere and googled the forums here ... but im sure there was some feature that basically yelled at the customer "don't forget your coupon!!" .. like, at the checkout maybe .. something you tick that makes it impossible for the customer to miss??

I was using auto account credits at booking, which I loved, but since I cant clean sweep unused money at the end of the year, I was finding too many people accruing credit then using 2 years cash in a single transaction a year later :/

So ive moved back to manual coupons, and despite 600 reminders i've already got someone crying they forgot to enter their coupon to redeem their booking fee - siigh.

Anyone ?  TIA!

Settings -> Checkout & Payment -> Redeem Coupon & Login On Checkout Page -> " Show redeem coupon form (if any valid coupons are available) on the checkout page."

That will add a button on the checkout page to redeem coupon.

thanks Tim, I had that all ticked, but I found out what I was looking for from a friend - basically a big bold checkout message attached to the pricelist :)
