Import Csv With Image Numbers

Can a previous photo shoot be entered into a new QR passcode gallery if they were not photographed using QR codes? Didn't have this system but have a previous school photo shoot that would like online viewing now. Is it possible to upload the CSV with name, image number, passcode and have the program match images to the individual galleries. It wouldn't have the QR image to recognize and separate the photos since it wasn't taken. I can't seem to find a way to separate photos without the actual QR image taken at the photo shoot. 

Look at the other Passcode Photos feature that doesn't use the QR codes.  (called the older method).
