Pricelist Changes Not Being Applied

I tried to delete products from a price list...but nothing happened.

I tried to create a new Price List it says it was created, but I can't add a category...when I leave the admin and log back in the pricelist isn't listed.

Almost everything I do with a pricelist isn't working!

I tried to change a pricelist in a gallery, and it didn't work, I tried again...no luck. logged out then back in and the first change I made was now visible.

Any ideas what's going on?

It sounds like you or your host has added some sort of cache service which is caching the pages which is not good. 

If you didn't add it you need to get with your host and have it removed. It makes it where you can't see changes (like changes to price lists), people will see other shopping carts, etc....
