Hello, I have now purchased the update because customers were no longer able to create an account and therefore couldn't save images as favorites. Unfortunately, a white page still appears. How can I fix this issue? Best regards

Sounds like you have uploaded a index.php file overwriting the Sytist index.php file.
You can email me either the FTP username and password to the site or Link, username and password to your HOSTING control panel.
