Forms Posts Not Being Received From External Domains
Hi Tim,
We are having an issue with our contact form that should send the form content to our email addresses, but it doesn't make it. We are using the PHP mail function and add return path = yes, the test button does send an email that is free from SPAM issues (headers tested with MXtoolbox) to both a business address and a Gmail address.
The contact form does work if we use our business email address info@captcha.co.uk but fails when you use any other.
I have tried adding the PHP setting ($setup['send_from_email'] = "info@captcha.co.uk";) in the config file, but this doesn't help either.
Do you have any recommendations?
Regards
We also had 3 email addresses in the recipients separated by comma and I've tried just having 1 address, still nothing.
I changed your contact form to email me the results. I submitted 2 inquiries and I received both of them.
I changed it back to your email address.
You may need to have your host trace those emails that you are not receiving.
Also check to see if they went into a spam or bilk folder in those email accounts.
My Email Address: info@picturespro.com
