Inserting Photo On Splash Window

I'm trying to insert an image on a splash window without success.
I click on insert image and after I select the image there's no way to finish the process.
My only option is to choose the image or close the window without inserting it.
I'm up to date with version 5.2.5

Most likely due a value not being passed because of a certain server enviroment. You can send me an email and I can reply with a file to upload that should fix it.
